by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-30 - 00:10:44

Treadmill?

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-29 - 01:47:02

"If only you just live every day, something will happen to you. Tedious days never exist at all."

Life is a series of happenings. In any day and age, there's no wonder whatever things occur. Therefore we could enjoy living today. Pinch and trouble is the evidence of living hard. There are no life without danger. Vice versa, something dramatic might happen to you tomorrow, even though you are living so calmly at the moment.

1. You give chase to the man and he turns his back on you. -You shouldn't force the man of your heart to put your feeling to win his favor.

2. You can't spoil the man. -If you dedicate yourself to him, he begins to have confidence and makes a bold statement.

3. Be ready for running long battle. -Men are more easygoing than women. "A watched pot never boils".

4. It's important to wait for him. -It works to wait in peace and see what he kicks off after telling your feelings.

5. Less than picky about one person -Don't think that he is the only one.

6. Gain independence -Keep yourself from being a woman who can't live without a man

With increasing age

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-26 - 00:32:04

Do you think aging is a bad thing? Getting wrinkled or fleck, desperate fatigue after staying up all night, having a poor memory.

However You can get something in exchange for such physical decline. For instance, you were very concerned about "result" or "evaluation" during youth, but now value the entire "process" and enjoy it. You don't care anymore about how others think of you. You can do whatever you like to do. You will no longer be depressed by comparison with others. You don't need to compete against someone. You can enjoy your life. Acknowledge the aging process and expand the capability of yourself.

Gene

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-24 - 23:12:52

I've heard that cells seem to commit "suicide" as well as human being. Separately from natural death by wound or something, cells destroy themselves according to the program which is predetermined. It's another way of death. It is the typical example that cells of tadpole's tail disappear while they grow up frog.

Everyone starts walking toward death from the moment being born. You know, it's obvious. However, the fact put me in a difficult frame of mind. Human being are born with the program which destroy oneself, in a word, life mixes with the death that much deeply.

Shallow view of life

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-24 - 00:44:17

I see the flower, it's beautiful

I see the sky, it's wonderful

There are many things which I feel so good

While I think of myself

I wonder if I have something to attract someone?

Nothing!

There is no way to make a change in the character in just a few months, which formed over many years.

OK...I think I might be able to manage

I should not have high expectations

Turn things around

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-22 - 23:49:54

"A person who is in good health has anxiety about getting sick. A person who is suffering from illness, however, has pleasure which he might get better."

Our bodies as the living things keep always working. Even if you suffer from sickness or injury, the movement of the cell for the recovery starts. It is not only our bodies but feeling and emotion keep always changing. Life is eventful. Our mind and circumstance are moving more or less every day. It's not unusual to have a stormy life. Even if you would be captured with strong bitterness, you may as well feel something delight where it crawls up there.

Growing up years

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-22 - 00:42:53

"If you always do what you always have done, you'll only have what you have now."

OK. Let's try something new today. It's good to gain interests in new things too. You can grow up strong and spiritually rich for life. Success might indicate finding treasure buried in many failures you have had. Therefore, it's only failure that you worry about failure or come to a stop before failure. Just noticing it makes you have luck with. Failure is similar to loss, but not identical. Failure without loss is what direct you to success.

Swift gets over any weir.

The curry

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-20 - 00:49:12

Japanese curry using roux is completely different form Indian curry. When and where did it result in differences? The curry should have come to Japan from India via Britain at the beginning of Meiji era. As Soseki Natsume wrote about curry in "Sanshiro", curry is closely linked to England. As a result, the curry in Japan was adapted even as curry nanban soba in soba restaurant. However, although mixed curry powder entered Japan, Indian cooks did not come to Japan. On the other hand, a lot of Indian came to England because India was British colony. They might have taken uncompromising stance on making curry and served it to British.

The Train Man

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-19 - 00:39:14

"Put on this fresh shirt, today!", he heads to work in the morning. As may be expected of the brand-new shirt, the crisply-ironed shirt makes him comfortable, and it's a very lovely feeling because it costed a fortune for him.

* * * * * * * * * * * * *
After the day's work, he is on the train back now. At last he slip in the seat in front of him as soon as someone who sit there leave. After passing some stations, he felt the pressure someone lean over on his right shoulder. Apparently, the cause is a young lady who sits next to him. Falling a sleep and leaning to the next person in the train, this kind of thing sounds familiar. He has also the experiences and, thus, he doesn't refuse in such a case. It's 'right back at you'. However, he allows only women to lean his shoulders. It is a young woman this time. She must be tired. The pressure on his shoulder grows over time, finally she goes along with him completely. Just like a loving couple. Well, the passengers around him seems to wait to see what happens between them. After a short time, she carries his cheek on his shoulder. It is near, very near. What would he do? It creates a small mental conflict. Should change the seat or pretend sleeping till getting-off ? Such a conflict continues. Honestly, he doesn't have any unpleasant feeling with him. Then, why is he unsettled? He feels much longer in the train than usual. The train finally reaches at his station. Pretending that nothing happened, he gets off with keeping quiet for her that is asleep. Outside of the station, he confirms his bland-new shirt with a straight face. Much to his relief, there is no stain of the foundation.

What is true?

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-18 - 00:16:11

There are more and more visible things in this day and age.

Many things have gone from your sight.

All you see are not always true.

Well, where on earth is the truth?

Why don't you look for the truth?

You can see it? Or you can't?

Express Oneself

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-17 - 03:41:05

I happened to read that "having relationship with oneself is one of human relationship". I noticed that I didn't describe oneself to me. When a certain emotion rise in my mind, I force it down and under instantaneous. On this occasion I become insensible and I don't know what I feel. The emotion would be anger or fear. When I fury at someone or felt my sense of fear, I enable oneself to put a good face on as if nothing had happened. It is long before coming at expressing something to people. I have the fear of feelings which appears to oneself, the fear that comes from what I can't believe my nature and what I can't enjoy company with me. This is a reflective movement of my mind due to the habit which I have tried not to see an undesirable aspect of oneself. It's thought to be the basis on the aspiration for " I don't want someone to dislike me".

The emotion tells something oneself rapidity, and this must be "source of expressions". If you force your feeling down and under, you are still without understanding of what you want to express. I've been always seeing oneself as fatigue duty lately. I take distress as I find inside oneself, accept anger as read and try to watch various aspects of oneself now. I begin to realize that human being is such a being who have different mentalities.

Why did you start blog?

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-16 - 03:51:24

When you have started something, people always ask you, "Why did you start up such thing?" Although it looks superficially petty asking, it's not really. I can't answer it easily.

When something completely changes, various elements make the change. The elements seem to be nothing to do with but entangle complex, and they shape the course of the event. I imagine the process---A tiny spring in the deep mountains flow out of multiple sources and it become little stream with winding and stopping. The streams gather and someday a great river comes along. You can't ignore each spring and stream, a great river never sudden rise in. I hope you understand that I'm writing something here in English under circumstances.

I hope this is true

"The more you endure the coldness, the more you could feel the warmth of sun. The more you overcome your hang-ups, the more you could learn the preciousness of life."

You can find a big achievement and fulfilling life after hardships and efforts. You know, people have strong spirit as human nature. It toughen you up to pile on great patience. Even brilliant stars have difficulties behind them.

Challenge is difficult?

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-14 - 00:34:26

What is "Challenge"? I think that you could say "try one's best" to put it another way. Though I don't remember how and when I came up with the idea, I defined myself "try one's best" as "pleasure of discovery and excitement". There is too much of a gap between the good result on doing best and bad one. However, it's reasonably interesting in case of the discovery whether the result is positive or negative. I might find something myself. "Hmm. That's new to me. I have such thing in my nature?" I expect to find any smallest things without getting excited. It's better to challenge thought pleasure.

little piece of happiness

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-13 - 02:01:02

Spend time healthy every day
Living without problem on my mind
Tranquil state of mind
It's unspeakable happiness

While being frightened by the shadow of death
In some kind of trouble
Feel uncomfortable every day
Time going by means extremely tough

Even if I couldn't find the meaning why I was born
Even if I couldn't find the meaning why I'm living
When I feel certain the fragment of happiness inside myself
Well, that's good, isn't it?

Michael Sowa

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-11 - 23:53:22

sowa
They say that even if German (especially northern part) have an funny thing happen, they hold back their laughter on the spot and then laugh when they get home. (Is it true?) The paintings of Sowa are filled with "darkness" and "depth" which are very Germany. And in them, spot of humour are sometimes being kept under cover.

He strictly draws the extraordinary space without physically possible, and that gives reality into the mysterious world. The more you appreciate his pictures, the more you would be engaged in them. It's very rich world, I guess.

How do you make a step toward the one's heart?

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-07 - 03:44:34

If you really want to go to approach your favorite person, you have to make the one aware of inside yourself into detail. It might be better to tell "what kind of person I am" before the announcement of your feelings. In reverse order, when you suddenly confess your love, the person might feel, "I got the declaration of love from someone I don't know well."

How much does she/he know about things inside of you?

Words on "Anne of Green Gables" 1

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-05 - 00:35:55

"The good stars met in your horoscope,
Made you of spirit, fire and dew---"

opening words -ANNE OF GREEN GABLES

Everyone were born in the rising star which brings good fortune. "Spirit, fire and dew" mean richness of spirit, burning passion and tears of happiness or sorrow. They show the fascinating character of Anne. This is the passages from the poem of Robert Browning who is English poet. Lucy Maude Montgomery put this sentence, which smells a happiness coming, at the beginning of "Anne of Green Gables."

The names on Japanese passport

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-03 - 23:29:10

A Japanese couple in London I know got a baby girl last year. They wanted to give her the name of "Lily". However, the spelling "Lily" isn't generally accepted by regulations on Japanese passport. Names are usually written in Hepburn romanization (Hebon shiki) on it, for example Michael will be written as Maikeru, (I guess nobody with foreign name wants it). Lily will be written as Ririi. The couple went against it, and after the complicated procedure over the Foreign Ministry, the baby girl finally got the spelling of her name "Lily". I think she is so lucky in her future, as growing up in UK.

Meanwhile, my daughter has the name of "Ellen". "Eren" is written as the first name on her passport. When she introduces herself to the foreign people, they ask her "How do you spell your name?". She is embarrassed. The real spelling on passport is Eren, but it doesn't have correct pronunciation of her name. When she was in summer school this year, the teachers and other students called her "Eren". She said that she had strange feeling whenever she was called Eren.

the luggage in life

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-03 - 00:28:20

"The ship without luggage at the bottom couldn't go straight, because it's unstable."

I surely hope the life without anxiety or pain. I think, however, the experiences of distress and difficulty bring you something important as well. And after overcoming the difficulty you could have stability and great depth in your life. It would be nice to have the life without trouble or anxious. But it might be like a tedious movie which has no highlight.

You

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-02 - 01:43:05

At this moment you get the timing right
Sitting in front of the PC
I like you

You get caught up in busy days
Beginning to wonder whether you hate the way you are?
I like you

Although you say money doesn't influence everything
You like to buy lots of things
New feelings, delicious thing, health, and the excitement.
You will never satisfy with the package of impression?
I like you

Unpleasant task will be behindhand
Dreaming in the cluttered room
In spite of getting carried away with easiness
You feel it's boring to stay easy?
I like you

Although you make grand statements
Feel down for so small a matter
I think you surely do it
I like you

You know well which way you want to go
Although find yourself excited in the face of the road
Get fixed theory on the road
I like you who can't tell a lie.

You feel very scared
When you head over to the most favorite thing
You know very well that it would badly affect you
You know that once you take a fearful step back
You just gets smaller and smaller
After stepping back you find the monotony without any difficulty
I like you who are ready to mark a first step toward new world

You try to learn the truth.
The truth stings you
You almost turn your back on it though
You figure you should hold on it
Then face the reality
Even if you awfully get depressed
You know that's where you start
I like you

Though you say you get used to it
You feel still lonely
You get along well with solitude though
You know to need connecting with people
Such person, I like you

I look for you
During waiting for connecting over the Internet
What are you expecting for?
I don't know what I am waiting for
I fumble my way
Coming up from fear and loneliness
I head for the point
When you flash
I surely find it

I look forward to meeting you

Can you recommend?

by ashbourne2 @ 2006-11-01 - 01:03:39

We often come up against difficulties in life which we'll never go through by money. It happens that something shapeless or invisible possess power as overwhelming as things you find in direct useful. Don't you think 'book' and 'music' sometimes save the people who are suffering from? To put it differently, 'words' someone lays on or 'sound' someone strikes bring cheer and give courage to complicated creature i.e. human. I'm afraid it might be immature and romantic idea, though.

What power and money come to have its limits. Many people might go against it like this, "No, No! Everything is all about money. You can't buy books or CD without money." Yes, that's true in one way, but I don't come around to such opinion. When you come across a fantastic book or song, you might feel the urge to tell your friend about that. "This book is so interesting!" or "I'm touched by that movie!" or "Listen to this song. How wonderful!"

Thus, it doesn't matter lately, your childhood or any time in your life. Could you recommend any books which save you a little, just simply interesting, or something moved you?
